MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil
YEAR: 2016
INSTITUTION: Mackenzie University - Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning
PROJECT TYPE: High density, Architecture, Construction

With the recently establishment of the São Paulo Master Plan, some urban areas next to mobility infrastructure (subways, bus terminals etc) are destined to have high populational density with a diversity of uses. Following this guideline, this multifunctional building project next to the Sumaré subway station not only mix corporative and comercial areas with residential apartments but also tries to incorporate the city and its surroundings with a main public entrance.
