Researches show 75% of Brazilians prefer to work remotely or to work within a hybrid schedule. This phenomenon presents some problems with the current workspace such as outdated workspace, lack of program diversity, poor integration with nature, and nonsustainable buildings. Given these challenges, the project introduces a new way of occupying workspaces, proposing modular structures, and having environmental and urban parameters as a key guidelines for the design.
